Returns

 

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase.

 

To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with any original packaging or tags. Preloved items will be assessed based on the condition described at the time of sale.

 

Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item).

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

For hygiene, safety, or digital reasons, some items may not be eligible for return. These can include:

    •    Digital downloads

    •    Gift cards

    •    Clearance or final sale items

    •    Customized or personalized items

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

 

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note:

    •    Original shipping charges are non-refundable

    •    Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

 

Exchanges

 

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
